Casa Rea Holidayhome in Piemont (2 prs.)

Between 2018 and 2020 we slowly transformed an old dilapidated house into a luxuriously furnished holiday home, suitable for 2 people. Casa Rea is located on the edge of the panoramic village of Murazzano, right below the cemetery. Casa Rea is surrounded by 2 hectares of grounds with various fruit trees. Various seating areas and an outdoor kitchen have been created around the house. From the various terraces you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and have a magnificent view of Murazzano.

Casa Rea is a detached house and consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and patio doors to the covered terrace. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has a bubble bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine is available in the technical room. The living room and open kitchen are on the first floor. Both are connected to the terrace (24 m2) via large patio doors. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, inductionhob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine (Nespresso) and kettle.
Casa Rea is CO2 neutral by using solar panels and a pellet stove for the production of hot water. This hot water not only consists of sanitary water, but is also used to heat the house on cold days. Casa Rea is non-smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Staying with hosts who speak your language has its advantages. We inform you in various ways about all the beautiful things our region has to offer. You will have access to an information folder, we will inform you by email or in person about what events are happening and we are happy to share our personal favorites with you. We are happy to help you make your holiday in Piedmont a success.

Bedlinen and towels
The holiday home is equipped with bed linen and towels. The bed linen and towels are changed once a week, but there is an ample supply of linen in the house. We ask you to bring your own towels to go to the beach.
